From the British Raj to present time, Rajasthan has its own charm though its arid climatic conditions. How did the people manage their life and supported these grand kingdoms. How did the Mother Nature nurture them?At the time of India`s independence, there were 22 princely states that made up the present-day Rajasthan, with the Rajputs ruling them. They have left behind a legacy of massive forts, splendid palaces, historical temples and a land steeped in culture. This motorcycle ride allows you to experience the true essence of Rajasthan in 13 days What with visiting historical forts & palaces, staying on the sand dunes in the desert with your motorcycle. The quirky temples that we pay a visit to during the ride are unlike any in the world too.

Upon arrival to IGI Airport, our representative meets you and lead you to hotel. After 2-3 hrs relax, we introduce you yours 13 days companion in your ride You stay overnight in New Delhi. Meal included: Snacks, Dinner.

Day 01

Day 02

The ride will start early morning to avoid the Delhi traffic. Mandawa is a small town at the beginning of the Thar Desert. Relaxing walk in the town and visiting few ‘Havilies’ will be a pleasure. In and around Mandawa After breakfast, drive to Mandawa. Upon arrival, check-in at hotel. Later, proceed for sightseeing of Mandawa known as the `open-air art gallery` of Rajasthan. The Goenka Double Haveli, an epitome of grandiose founded by Rajput Merchants in the 18th century and Murmuria Haveli, a beautifully-designed for dating back to 1930s, are also famous here. Overnight stay at hotel in Mandawa.

Day 03

Today you are going to pass through old ‘Shekhawati’ region. Here you witness the old havelis and well. You will ride through the desert on this day. Built in 1588 by Raja Rai Singh, it is unusual in the sense that it was one of the few major forts of Rajasthan that was not built on a hilltop. You will go back to the hotel and relax. Overnight at the hotel. Today, you will ride for approximately five hours.

Day 04

Post breakfast, you are going to begin your bike journey towards Jaisalmer, fondly called the `Golden City` of Rajasthan. During your motorbike ride, you are going to drive past small tiny rustic villages that are located amidst the vast Thar, sheltered by deep blue sky. You would also come across gypsy caravans and wild camels along the desert road. Late evening arrival in Jaisalmer. On arrival, complete the check-in formalities at the hotel. You can now relax or explore the surroundings on your own.Stay overnight. Meal included: Breakfast, Dinner

Day 05

This is the 5th day of your Rajasthan Motorcycling Holidays. After breakfast you explore the old colonies of Jaisalmer. The ‘Sonargarh Fort’ is only residential fort in Rajasthan. You explore the fort with bustling narrow streets of the fort. Have your breakfast on day 5 and get ready for a guided tour of Jaisalmer. Hovering on a hill around 80 m high, this fort was commissioned by Raja RawalJaisal, a Bhatti Ruler in 1156. This massive castle, also known as Sonar Quila, it is made up of sandstone. Meal included: Breakfast & Dinner

Day 06

Jodhpur is the second largest city of Rajasthan, royal city founded in 1459. After its population crossed a million, it has been declared as the second “Metropolitan City” of Rajasthan. The city is known as the “Sun City” for the bright, sunny weather it enjoys all the year round. The Place we visit on that day Mehrangarh Fort, Umaid Bhawan Palace, Jaswant Thada, GhantaGhar (Clock Tower) and Flying Fox. Meal included: Breakfast, Dinner

Day 07

This is the best attraction of kumbhalgarh… Asia`s second largest fort..just visit to the top to see the heartbreaking view…plan to visit in the evening after sunset to enjoy.. after visiting the fort u can enjoy light n sound show in the premises which is worth watching. Meal included: Breakfast, Dinner

Day 08

After a week of riding in Rajasthan, a rest day at Udaipur, considered one of the best cities in the world for travel, is a must. Depending upon your interest, you can choose to visit the various sightseeing places in Udaipur, but don`t miss visiting the biggest palace in Rajasthan that was built over a period of 400 years. Meal included: Breakfast, Dinner

Day 09

After breakfast full day visit to City Palace a majestic architectural marvel towering over the lake & the largest palace complex in Rajasthan, comprising many buildings added at different time by various maharajas. At the nearby, visit Jagdish Temple built in 1651. At Sunset enjoy a boat ride around Lake Pichola, which offers spectacular views of the hills, palaces, temples & bathing ghats. Evening take a short walk in the colorful market of Udaipur.Overnight in Hotel at Udaipur. Meal included: Breakfast

Day 10

Today`s ride takes you to the holy city of Rajasthan ‘The Pushkar’, every person’s dream for self-salvation by having a dip into the Pushkar lake.

Day 11

After an early wakeup call followed by a healthy breakfast. You will drive towards PINK CITY Jaipur. You will explore Amer fort, Nahar garh fort, Hawamahal& City Palace. In evening you check-in to hotel and relax. Jaipur is the largest city and capital of Rajasthan and was founded on 18 November 1727 by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II, the ruler of Amber, after whom the city is named. The city today has a population of 3.1 million Meal included: Breakfast, Dinner

Day 12

After breakfast on the 12th day, begin your motorbike journey to the `Mughal City` of Agra via Bharatpur. You check in to hotel. In evening you explore local market. Stay leisure in hotel. Overnight in Agra. Meal included: Breakfast, Dinner

Day 13

Agra to New Delhi

Day 1

Take the morning flight for Leh. Our representative will lead you to the hotel and relax for the complete day. This is necessary for getting acclimatized. Overnight at the guest house.

Day 2

On this day you will go a sightseeing trip to some ancient monasteries in this area. Shey Gompa is about 15 kms from Leh. It used to be the summer palace of the kings of Ladakh. There are lots of Stupas and Gompas built around the palace. Thiksey Gompa, close to Shey is about 17 kms from Leh.

Day 3

The trek traditionally starts at the bridge over the indus about a kilometer west of Spituk Village. Our walk begins along an old jeepable on very dry and exposed land, so water and protection against the sun are important! After 2 hours the landscape becomes greener as we go into the Zingchen Valley, where the Rumbak River flows into the Indus. Our camp is in the small village of Zingchen, which means ‘big field’, where there are just two houses.

Day 4

Today we enter Hemis National Park, home to the famous Snow Leopard, Blue Sheep, Ladakhi Urial (a type of goat), great Tibetan sheep (Arghali), red fox, Tibetan wolf, wild dog (dhole), Lynx, marmot and mountain hare. We start to climb gradually up to village of Rumbak.

Day 5

Today may be difficult day on the trek, as in the morning after breakfast you will ascend the 4,900-m. Stok Pass also known as the Namlung La. If you are fit and have camped at the plateau just under the pass as all do, you should have no problem climbing up to the pass. One can climb steadily and made it in less than 1.5 hrs. From the campsite walk less than ½ hrs and on your right you will find zigzagging mountain terrain.

Day 6

Today is an easy day going downhill all the way. Follow the stream on its left bank as it heads north. The path is vast and easy. You will find willows and wild roses growing on islands in the middle of the stream which grows quite wide as you approach Stok. Visit the Stok Palace, residence of the king of Ladakh. The trail follows the Markha river now, and will do so for the next few days.

Day 7

Transfer to the airport for the spectacular flight across the main chain of the Himalaya to Delhi. Upon arrival at Delhi, transfer to domestic airport to catch the flight for onward destination
